Sorry!!

sorry!! I haven't posted in a while! Yesterday was a crazy day! We had a scavenger hunt yesterday where we went in a group and had to find certain things in Florence and my group did it really fast so we got to hang out and have a cappuccino on the top of a department store where there was an excellent view of the Duomo and then we had a cappuccino earlier for a break at this really awesome bar (coffee place) and it was SUPER cheap! And then we had sandwiches at this meat market/deli place which was just as excellent. Just a word to the wise don't order roast beef unless you want 1/2 cooked beef. Someone in our group ordered it and it was really intense. :)

After that we had a guided tour of the baptistery and the Duomo and then we went to a museum that featured Michellangelo's Pieta and Donatello's Mary Magdelene. It was amazing!! After that we went out to eat and had wings and pulled pork with the group and then we went and got a gelato :) Today was rather uneventful. I just stayed at the Villa and relaxed today because tomorrow is a day full of going to Florence and walking around for more class!
