Saturday in Livingston
Today we went to Livingstone. We had some fun shopping adventures while our fearless leader and Kara (one of our supervisors) went to the airport to pick up Kara's husband and a boy, Destry, from his youth group. We got to go to Kabu Crafts which is a nicer souveniour shop and then we went to Shoprite and I got a ton of coke, some five rose tea as presents, and some chips! Before our shopping excursion we went to eat lunch at a place called "The Hungry Lion." It was kind of like a KFC. Super Yummy!! Sooo.. My first picture is a picture of the bag from there!

After our shopping experience we took a detour to a reserve where we saw no wildlife.. It was sort of disappointing, but it was just a pretty drive so here is a picture of the drive!

Then the best thing of the day happened!! We were just driving down the road and a herd of elephants were just grazing by the side of the road.. Thats right. Elephants.

Here is everyone on our bus's reaction to the elephants. It was quite humourous and I felt the need to share :)

And here is the best picture of the elephant! This has made me so much more excited for the safari! Woohoo!

On our way back to our "home" we saw a group of baboons while we were driving. I wasn't able to take a picture but I did get a video on my phone. We drove by pretty fast and didn't stop so it's not the greatest of quality. Overall productive and exciting day. Now we are going to watch Pitch Perfect on the veranda with the group. Peace and Blessings!
